Delivery Options and Charges

Your order is important to us. We make every endeavor to get you your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed on Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During our busiest season, orders may take an extra day before they are delivered.

UK

Orders up to £60.00 Delivery is £4.95

Orders over £60.00 Delivery is FREE

Express -  £9.95 irrespective of the value of your order.

Depending on the time your order is placed this may be dispatched same day or the following working day on a next day service (Monday to Friday deliveries).  

EUROPE

Delivery is on a sliding scale and will be clearly shown on checkout

REST OF THE WORLD

Orders up to £40.00 Delivery is £22.50

Orders between £40.00 and £80.00 Delivery is £29.50

Orders between £80.00 and £150.00 delivery is £39.00

Orders between £150.00 and £300.00 delivery is £80.00

Orders between £300.00 and £500.00 delivery is £150.00

We reserve the right to amend these charges if the order is bulky or outside of our carriers size limits, if so we will contact you prior to dispatch.

 

Important Information

We can only deliver to locations that are available to our courier company. Orders that are placed with delivery addresses in areas that are not covered will be refunded and the order cancelled.

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Saturday with Royal Mail and Monday to Friday with DHL.

UK You will receive your delivery within 3-5 working days depending on the delivery option. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Unfortunately we will not deliver to hotels or hostel addresses.

The items you order will be delivered in one consignment, they cannot be delivered separately.

International Orders: Delivery times depend on country and carrier.  Please contact us before ordering if your order is time critical.  The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes which may be charged. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. The customer should contact their local Customs office for further information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products ordered are acceptable and allowed in the country they are to be delivered to.

Note :Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement Trade/Bulk Orders can not be returned.

CLAIMS: Damage, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following invoice date will not be honored.

Images shall not be copied, on-loaned or otherwise disposed of and no use whatsoever shall be made of them by the Client without prior written consent of the Supplier, nor shall the image be altered or manipulated, added to, or any part deleted without the prior written consent of the supplier.
