Your order is important to us. We make every endeavor to get you your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are processed on Monday through Friday excluding holidays. During our busiest season, orders may take an extra day before they are delivered.
The delivery costs are the same regardless of the weight of the package.
We can only deliver to locations that are available to our courier company. Orders that are placed with delivery addresses in areas that are not covered will be refunded and the order cancelled.
We only deliver to the billing address of your Debit/Credit card. It is advised that delivery will occur during working hours.
You will receive the delivery 2-5 days depending on the delivery option. Please take this into account when you submit your delivery address.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box numbers, hotel or hostel addresses.
The items you order will be delivered in one consignment, they cannot be delivered separately. International Orders: The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes which may be charged. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. The customer should contact their local Customs office for further information. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products ordered are acceptable and allowed in the country they are to be delivered to.
Note :Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement Trade/Bulk Orders can not be returned.
CLAIMS: Damage, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following invoice date will not be honored.
Images shall not be copied, on-loaned or otherwise disposed of and no use whatsoever shall be made of them by the Client without prior written consent of the Supplier, nor shall the image be altered or manipulated, added to, or any part deleted without the prior written consent of the supplier.
If you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item please email or telephone our sales dept; you can find the details on the 'Contact Us' page or in the order email we sent you when you made your purchase. Remember to have your order number handy when you contact us.
If you want us to replace the item we sent you with the item you ordered, let our sales dept know and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can. We won't charge you delivery on the replacement item.
