Return An Item - Our Guarantee

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition with a copy of the dispatch note and your order number.

• Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. No returns will be accepted outside of this cooling off period.

• Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We aim to issue a refund of the purchase price within 5 working days of receipt.
• A deduction will be made if the value of the returned goods has been reduced because of you handling them more than was necessary.
• All items in a pack or kit must be returned to enable refund.
• Any 'free' item included in your order must be returned, otherwise the refund will be reduced by the list price of that item.
• Refunds will be bade to the original method of payment.

 Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

4. Delivery charges are only refundable where incorrect goods are received or are in a damaged/faulty condition. 

5. We recommend that customers return goods for refund using a tracked & insured service.
